The Dream Lab
A guided workshop for bright women ready to explore — not commit to — the business idea they haven't acted on yet.
Reserve my spot →No pitch decks. No 10k packages. Just clarity on whether your idea is worth exploring.
You're creative.
Any of which can be the seed of a business that could change your life, and potentially the world.
“Who do I think I am to do it?”
“What if my idea is silly?”
“What if it doesn't work out and I look foolish?”
“I wouldn't even know where to start…”
“I don't have the skills or the personality to be a successful entrepreneur.”
“I don't even know if it's a good idea or not.”
“I have too many ideas to pick from.”
Reframe
That voice was put there — by a culture that profits when women doubt themselves. It's not evidence. It's conditioning.
The rules of a game you don't want to play
Knock the doors down. Hustle until you burn out. Chase a finish line that keeps moving further away the closer you get — forging a path by extracting resources from communities and the people who do the work.
These rules weren't built for you. And they undercut exactly what you're good at — empathy, collaboration, creative instinct.
You'd want to do it differently.
Yet something is shifting
The economy is shifting rapidly. The culture is loosening its grip on what counts as a "real" business, a "real" founder. This isn't a rule you're up against forever — it's a moment you happen to be standing in.
And it isn't hypothetical. There are women, right now, building things entirely on their own terms — not as rare exceptions, but as a pattern that keeps growing.
So why not you, too?
What you're actually reaching for
A sense that your time and work actually matter
Freedom to create from your own vision, not someone else's playbook
Trust in your own instincts and zone of genius
Building something that creates value, not extracts it
Greater agency over your time, income, and definition of success
A way forward that doesn't require sacrificing your wellbeing
This is what's waiting on the other side of exploring.
What waiting actually costs
The job doesn't get more secure. The feeling of being unseen doesn't go away on its own. Another year passes, and the idea is still just an idea — a pull in your chest you keep finding reasons to talk yourself out of.
And the longer you wait, the easier it gets to believe the voice again — the one you already know isn't yours.
All the while, there's a growing sense of false stability as the job market becomes more uncertain due to AI.
How many years will go by before you give yourself permission to explore the possibility of starting your business or company?
Not a leap. A look.
You don't need years. You don't need to quit your job tomorrow, or promise you'll follow through. You just need permission to look — to finally know, instead of wondering.
That's exactly what the Dream Lab Workshop is for.
You've looked. It's a firehose.
Books, podcasts, AI chatbots, business coaches selling $10k packages before you even know which idea is worth building.
You don't need to drink from the firehose. You need a starting point built for exactly where you are — not "all in," not "already scaling." Exploring.
Meet your guide
I built this program for women like you. I'm a venture-backed founder turned coach to founders.
I spent seven years building Nori, the climate-tech startup I co-founded that raised $18M in VC funding — and I burned out within the first two, caught in the struggle to reconcile the company I actually wanted to build, one with real positive impact, with the pressures of venture capital and tech entrepreneurship.
Things changed when I started coaching young founders in tech, helping them build without burning out the way I had — giving people the kind of support I'd needed myself. I did that for two years, and I noticed something: they were almost all men. I remember thinking — where are my girls at?
That question sent me looking for the answer, and the reality was clear: there just weren't enough women founders out there. So I built The Dream to Launch Labs. Through the Dream, Seed, and Launch Labs, women get the support and guidance to explore and develop their own ventures, step by step — exactly what you need, exactly when you need it, without over-committing, without pressure to do it all at once, and without the burnout that comes from trying to.
Step one: The Dream Lab
There are so many ways to make money — but why build something you don't enjoy, or aren't positioned to actually succeed at? You'll only burn out. The Dream Lab helps you narrow your focus and walk away with one clear idea that actually fits your life.
One clear business idea you feel genuinely excited about
Clarity on why it fits your skills, values, and capacity
The practice of giving yourself permission — and actually moving
What you walk away with
Not more information. Not a longer list. One business idea you feel genuinely excited about — one that aligns to your strengths, your purpose, and your capacity. That's the deliverable.
Walk away knowing exactly which business idea you're pursuing — and why it's the right one for you, not just a good idea in general.
The method we use to evaluate ideas doesn't disappear when the workshop ends. It becomes a tool you carry into every future decision.
You'll leave knowing that you don't need a perfect plan — you need a clear starting point. This workshop gives you that.
Can't make it live? Prefer to rewatch? Both the recording and the workshop slides are sent to you after the session.
What clients say
A note on these testimonials: The Dream Lab is a brand new program — built from a gap I kept seeing in my years of coaching founders. Nearly all of my coaching clients have been founders in tech, most of them men. That's precisely the point. Less than 2% of venture capital goes to women, and the communities and support structures in entrepreneurship were almost never built for them. These testimonials are from founders I've coached through Calming Chaos Coaching — proof of the work, before the Dream Lab existed.
Not the gremlin's voice. Not the doubt. The other one — the one that's been sitting on this idea for months, maybe years, waiting for you to finally turn around and listen. This is that moment.
If it's not the right fit, no hard feelings.
