The Dream to Launch Labs
For the woman who's been 'almost ready' long enough
You have everything you need — except a clear path forward. That's what we're here for.
You are not the problem
And it's not because you're not ready. The reason you haven't acted on your dream business isn't capability or entrepreneurial spirit — you have both. What you've been missing is clarity on exactly what to build, and the encouragement to actually go.
"She's been trying to build the map and walk the road at the same time."
No one handed you a starting point, a logical sequence, or a room full of women doing exactly the same thing. That's not your problem. That's a support problem. And it's exactly what the Labs were built to solve.
Why the Labs exist
The Labs are that.
The entrepreneurship world has systems, frameworks, and communities — built almost entirely without women in mind. The playbooks were written for a different journey, in a different context, by people who didn't face the same barriers.
The result? Women who want to build are handed blueprints drawn for someone else's life — and told to figure out the rest on their own.
The Labs exist to change that. To make innovation genuinely accessible to women — not in theory, but in practice. With a path that meets her where she is, a community that actually gets it, and a framework built around how women build best: with clarity, purpose, and the people around them.
Not hustle culture. Not manifestation. A real, structured path — connected to the life she's actually trying to build.
The Journey
The Labs aren't a menu to pick from randomly. They're a progression — designed to move you through every stage of building a business, from the moment an idea first appears to the point where it's generating revenue and growing.
You don't need to know where you'll end up. You just need to take the right next step.
The Labs
In 90 minutes, you stop circling. You walk away knowing exactly which business you're building — and why it's the right one for you, not just a good idea in general. This is where the journey begins.
You leave with
One clear business idea you feel genuinely excited about
Clarity on why it fits your skills, values, and capacity
A framework you can use for every future business decision
The practice of giving yourself permission — and actually moving
Access to the private community (included)
You go from an idea to a real business — with a model you could validate and sell today. The Seed Lab walks you through the ideate, align, and build phases so you leave with more than an idea. You leave with the actual thing.
You leave with
A business model you could validate and sell today
Clear audience articulation and brand foundation
A tracker to know exactly where you stand and what's next
You follow a clear process to find what's not working, improve on real customer feedback, and build systems that scale your reach without scaling your hours.
You leave with
A validated, revenue-ready business model
A repeatable process for iterating and improving as you grow
Systems that scale your reach without scaling your hours
Included with every lab
When you join any Lab, you get access to our private community — not a public feed, not a group chat that goes nowhere. A curated space where you can ask questions, share wins, get unstuck, and be surrounded by women doing the same work you're doing. This is the sisterhood women rarely get when they're building something.
A space to be seen, held accountable, and cheered on by women navigating the same journey.
So you always know what to do next — without the overwhelm of figuring it out alone.
Tips, frameworks, and encouragement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — to keep you moving between sessions.
Why this exists
She's ready. She's capable. She just never got a clear path forward — and figuring it out alone, while working full time and living her life, felt like too much to ask.
That's a support problem. And it's exactly what The Dream to Launch Labs was built to solve.
Meet your guide
I'm a climate-tech founder turned coach — and I built this because I've been in the arena. I co-founded Nori, the world's first carbon-removal marketplace, and we raised $18M, built a team of 30, and spent seven years operating it.
I burned out within the first two years — caught in the struggle to reconcile the company I actually wanted to build, one with real positive impact, with the pressures of venture capital and tech entrepreneurship.
Things changed when I started coaching founders, helping them build without burning out the way I had. I did that for two years, and I noticed something: they were almost all men. I remember thinking — where are my girls at?
That question sent me looking for the answer. I wanted to help birth more female founders into existence — so I interviewed countless women about what was holding them back, what they needed, and what no one was building for them. The reality was clear: there weren't enough women founders out there, and the support that existed wasn't built with her in mind. So I built The Dream to Launch Labs.

What clients say
A note on these testimonials: The Dream to Launch Labs is a brand new program — built from a gap I kept seeing in my years of coaching founders. Nearly all of my coaching clients have been founders in tech, most of them men. That's precisely the point. Less than 2% of venture capital goes to women, and the communities and support structures in entrepreneurship were almost never built for them. These testimonials are from founders I've coached through Calming Chaos Coaching — proof of the work, before the Labs existed.
